StreetSport: a multibrand store and e-commerce marketing
StreetSport combines a sports product catalogue with online promotion and enquiry management. The project covers the shopping experience and the tools used to follow the store’s commercial activity.
- ADS Moldova’s role
- E-commerce, Meta and Google campaigns, tracking and CRM automation.

Catalogue, payment and post-order information
Categories, brands and filters organize product discovery. The journey continues through payment, delivery and returns, with gift certificates complementing the offer. Commercial information is available in Romanian, Russian and English.
Campaigns connected to store events
Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager support e-commerce event tracking. Meta and Google campaigns, editorial content and Zoho CRM automation form the marketing part of the project.
Brand and category offer different starting points
Customers in a multibrand store do not always begin with the same question. Some look for a particular brand, while others know only the product category they want. StreetSport uses categories, brands and filters to support these different entry points. The catalogue structure should help visitors approach a relevant product without examining the entire range first.
This also matters when someone arrives directly from a campaign. The page needs to make sense within the wider catalogue, allowing further exploration or a move towards buying. Store design and commercial messages work together: one supports selection, while the other provides a relevant reason to visit. Products remain central instead of each campaign creating a journey detached from the store and its existing purchasing information.
Buying includes what happens after an order
A purchase decision depends on more than the product. Payment methods, delivery and returns address questions that can arise before checkout is completed. At StreetSport, this information forms part of the commercial journey and complements catalogue navigation. Visitors need to understand both their selection and how the relationship with the store continues after ordering.
Gift certificates introduce another kind of choice: a customer can give someone the opportunity to select later instead of deciding on a specific product themselves. Their presence extends the offer while retaining the store’s overall logic. Romanian, Russian and English versions make commercial information available to different audiences. Consistency between product presentation and purchasing explanations matters regardless of the language in which the visitor explores the website and considers an order.
Store events give promotion useful context
Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager form part of the infrastructure for tracking store actions. Their significance lies in connecting incoming traffic with behavior inside the e-commerce experience. Viewing a product and continuing along the buying journey represent different moments, and promotion analysis needs that distinction rather than relying on visits alone.
Meta and Google campaigns are connected to the store they present, beyond the advertising material itself. Facebook and Instagram remarketing belongs to the same documented promotion component. Catalogue structure, product context and action tracking provide StreetSport with a shared working basis. This case describes those relationships without adding sales or return figures unsupported by the presented data. Interfaces and tools document implementation; evaluation of commercial performance requires its own reports and relevant time periods.
CRM extends the customer relationship
Zoho CRM automations complement marketing and enquiry organization. The store is considered a meeting point between the catalogue, promotion and commercial activity. Communication and information handling continue after initial interest, and that continuity belongs to the documented project contribution. The website therefore sits within the store’s wider working process.
Editorial content provides additional space for explanations around the offer. Together with campaigns and tracking tools, it complements how people can discover and understand StreetSport. The distinguishing feature is the combination of these components around a multibrand shop: navigation supports product choice, commercial information prepares ordering, and marketing and CRM support the audience relationship. Each part has a defined role within the same e-commerce project, rather than being presented as an achievement independent of the catalogue.
What the project provides
The store connects its catalogue, purchasing journey and marketing tools within one commercial project.
