1. Operator

The ADS Moldova website presents digital services and allows quotation requests, accounts, a calculator and AI chat. The operator and contact details appear below and on the Legal details page.

2. Requests and contracts

Service pages and calculator estimates help prepare a request. Adding a service to the cart or opening a WhatsApp, Telegram or Messenger message does not automatically establish a contract and is not a payment. Scope, deliverables, final pricing, deadlines and responsibilities are defined in the offer or contract confirmed by both parties.

3. Prices and payment

Starting prices are indicative for the described configuration. The currency appears alongside the price; interface conversions are estimates. Third-party costs and advertising budgets must be clarified in the offer. For offers with online payment enabled, checkout shows the exact EUR amount and whether it is a full payment or deposit. PayPal processes the payment and determines available methods, including cards where eligible. ADS Moldova does not collect card numbers or CVV. Payment is confirmed after server-side transaction verification; pending payments are not presented as paid. Payment methods, applicable taxes and invoicing terms are communicated before an order is accepted.

4. Delivery, changes, cancellation and refunds

Schedules and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project. Contact the operator to amend or cancel a request. Specific withdrawal and refund terms and any exceptions must be provided before contracting and checked against applicable law. These pages do not impose a blanket exclusion of refunds or limit mandatory consumer rights.

5. Accounts and use

Keep passwords confidential and provide accurate information. Do not use the site for abuse, unauthorised access, spam or unlawful content. Signing in does not subscribe you to promotional messages. You can request correction, export or deletion of data from the operator; a separate account deletion form is available.

6. Content and intellectual property

Rights to deliverables and licences are defined in the contract. Third-party software, fonts, images and other materials remain subject to their respective licences. Clients must have permission to provide materials for a project. Accessing the site does not itself transfer rights to its content.

7. AI and marketing results

AI chat is an information tool and may generate incorrect answers. Verify information before an important decision. Advertising, SEO and ASO results depend on budgets, offers, markets and platforms. Portfolio examples do not guarantee the same outcome for another project.

8. Data and external services

The Privacy and Cookie policies explain the data used. External links and messages sent to other services are also subject to those providers' terms. Optional cookie choices are separate from requesting a service.

9. Questions and complaints

Contact the operator with questions, complaints or requests to clarify an offer. Requests are assessed against project documents and applicable law. This information does not restrict the right to approach competent authorities or courts under the law.
