How we process your request

1. Enter the email address used to create your account.
2. We record your request and verify that you own the account before deleting data. We may ask you to confirm by email.
3. After verification, we remove the account and associated data that does not need to be retained, and communicate the outcome.

Data covered by your request

The request covers your profile, access sessions and account-related data. Contractual records, invoices and information needed for legal obligations or resolving disputes may be retained for the applicable period. We explain any exceptions in our response.

Conversations and browser data

AI chat history is stored on your device. You can delete it within the chat or through your browser's storage settings. Uninstalling the Android app does not automatically erase website data held by the browser or close your account.
