On public pages, the URL determines the language: Romanian has no prefix, Russian uses /ru and English uses /en. The saved preference is available for private pages and the PWA experience; it never overrides the language of an explicit public URL.

Withdrawing consent
You can return to cookie settings in the footer at any time. If you reject analytics or marketing, the relevant scripts will no longer load and known cookies in that category will be removed from your browser. Disabling marketing also removes the local referral code. When you withdraw an active analytics or marketing category, the page reloads to stop scripts that were loaded earlier.
