StudioDeutsch: German courses, administration and mini CRM
We are building StudioDeutsch for people who want to learn German with a qualified teacher. The website brings together study programmes, the teacher’s profile and trial lesson enquiries. Behind it, the client has a secure administration panel built from scratch and a mini CRM. The website is live and still in development.
- ADS Moldova’s role
- ADS Moldova — web design and development, secure administration panel, blog, events, mini CRM and preparation for Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

A website centred on the teacher and learner
We started with a prospective learner’s questions: who will teach me, which programme fits my goals and how do I begin? The homepage introduces the teacher, presents study options and leads to a trial lesson. Photography, generous spacing and red accents give the website a clear, personal character.
German study programmes in two languages
The website is available in Russian and German. It presents levels from A1 to C1, speaking practice, exam preparation, and German for work or travel. Visitors can start with their own goal, explore a relevant programme and then contact the teacher.
A secure administration panel built from scratch
We built a dedicated administration panel with secure access for the client. It supports creating blog articles, announcing events and editing website images and text. Content management is part of the project, allowing the teacher to keep information current without code changes for routine editorial updates.
A mini CRM for client organisation
We also created a mini CRM to organise client information and support work following the initial enquiry. The website therefore serves two purposes: presenting the offer to future learners and giving the client an internal space to manage their activity.
Preparing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads
We are preparing the website for paid promotion through Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This stage connects the offer, course pages and contact actions. Someone arriving from an advert should quickly find the relevant programme and understand how to request a trial lesson. Advertising preparation is part of the ongoing development.
Current project stage
StudioDeutsch is available online and remains in development. We are refining the public experience and administration tools around the client’s workflow. This case study covers the website, custom panel, mini CRM and preparation for paid promotion.
What the project provides
A live education website with course information and dedicated administration tools for the client. Development and paid advertising preparation continue.
