Different intentions, different destination pages
An apartment buyer needs different information from someone considering business space or an apart hotel. Campaign directions and messages are related to those categories to guide visitors to an appropriate section.
Testing scenarios through Bonusuri.md
Testing focuses on finding information, understanding the offer and reaching contact, including on phones. User feedback and audit observations can identify unclear messages, hard-to-find buttons or sections needing a different order.
Three offers with different information needs
Metropolis presents apartments in Chișinău, a business park and an apart hotel. These categories share a brand identity but not the same visitor intention. Someone considering a home, someone exploring a business setting and someone reviewing the apart hotel offer begin with different questions. Marketing needs to account for that before choosing a message and destination.
The first journey question is whether visitors quickly recognize the category that brought them to the website. A broad presentation can support brand discovery, but a message about a specific offer needs continuity on the destination page. The Metropolis case focuses on this relationship between intention, category and available information within the client’s existing website, rather than treating the three offers as interchangeable because they belong to one brand.
Advertising needs a coherent destination
A campaign direction needs to be considered together with the page receiving its traffic. If a message concerns apartments, visitors should be able to continue within that offer without reconstructing the connection between advertisement and website themselves. The context changes for a business park or apart hotel, even when visual identity remains consistent.
This perspective informs marketing and content recommendations. A page’s presence in the menu is not enough; its fit with the arriving intention matters. ADS Moldova’s role in Metropolis concerns promotion and auditing this transition. Observations relate to existing content and journeys, while website development is not attributed to the agency. That distinction clarifies what is being assessed and where the marketing contribution begins within a website that already existed before this work.
A test scenario follows a specific intention
Testing through Bonusuri.md is relevant when the activity given to a user has an understandable purpose. One example scenario is finding the apartment category and identifying how to make contact for clarification. A different category needs a task framed in its own context. Feedback can then relate to a specific action and the information the person tried to find.
An observation about unclear navigation or a difficult-to-find button becomes useful in relation to that step. Aesthetic preference differs from difficulty continuing towards contact. The audit seeks to distinguish these situations, including on phones. These scenarios illustrate the analysis approach rather than representing invented user testimonials or numerical testing results. They show how an action can provide context for discussing a page and its usefulness.
Recommendations follow the route to an enquiry
After exploring a property offer online, visitors may need a conversation with the team before making a decision. Analysis therefore considers the relationship between offer information and access to contact. It matters whether people understand the category, know what they want to clarify and can continue the discussion in that context.
For Metropolis, the approach keeps the three offer directions distinct while following a shared sequence: relevant message, suitable page, understandable information and contact. Content or section-order recommendations can relate to a specific point in this journey. The case explains the marketing objective and UX audit framework. Its screenshot presents the client website as the subject of analysis, without suggesting that ADS Moldova created its design or implementation as part of the collaboration.
Collaboration objective
The collaboration aims to direct traffic to a relevant offer and identify barriers before contact.
