iGreen Computers: an IT repair campaign prelanding
iGreen Computers needed a dedicated destination for Google Ads and Facebook Ads traffic. The ads.igreen.md prelanding presents PC and laptop repairs, data recovery, upgrades and network services.
- ADS Moldova’s role
- Campaign prelanding, forms, tracking and CRM.

A campaign page separate from the main site
Content focuses on the problem behind the ad visit. Technical services are grouped separately and the repair process is explained before contact. The subdomain allows campaign-page changes without altering the main website.
From a call or form to the CRM
Calls and forms are the primary contact options. Enquiries and source information are organized in a CRM workflow so the team can continue handling a request after the visit. That connection matters more here than a click count alone.
The visitor starts with a technical problem
Traffic for an IT repair service has a specific context: a laptop has stopped working, a computer needs an upgrade or files need recovery. The first question is whether the company handles that problem. On the iGreen Computers prelanding, separate groups for repairs, data recovery and network services provide reference points for that decision.
The destination page needs to be understood in relation to the advertisement bringing the visitor there. Someone searching for laptop repairs should recognize that service before exploring the wider offer. The structure therefore connects an expressed problem with a relevant category. The main website remains the general company presentation, while the prelanding organizes a more focused route towards a service enquiry for a particular technical need.
Explaining the process before the enquiry
An initial IT repair enquiry rarely includes everything needed for a technical assessment. A visitor may describe a symptom without knowing the component or cause involved. Explaining the process before the form helps establish the next step: the person communicates the problem, then continues the discussion with iGreen for the necessary clarification.
The process screenshot in this project illustrates that transition. The page goes beyond a list of services and a button by adding context between identifying a category and making contact. Data recovery, hardware upgrades and network issues involve different requests. A description of the actual situation prepares a more relevant conversation than a message with no context, whether the visitor chooses to call or to complete the enquiry form.
Calls and forms support different preferences
A customer facing an urgent problem may prefer a phone call. Another may submit a form because they cannot speak immediately or want to describe the situation in writing. The prelanding keeps both entry points available instead of assuming every visitor will use the same communication channel. The contact choice remains connected to the service being considered.
CRM integration continues the work begun in the interface. The team can follow the submitted information and enquiry source after the website visit ends. This is different from evaluating a page through visits alone: an advertisement click, contact intent and an enquiry received by the team are distinct stages. Forms, tracking and enquiry organization connect those stages without treating them as equivalent commercial outcomes.
A dedicated subdomain for campaign traffic
The address ads.igreen.md separates the campaign page from the main igreen.md website. It creates a place for messages focused on repair enquiries while retaining the identity of the same company. Explanations, the order of services and contact presentation can be considered within the prelanding without reorganizing the entire company website.
For Google Ads and Facebook Ads traffic, the destination page connects the advertisement message with the information received by the team. Clear services, an explained process and contact options support that continuity. ADS Moldova’s contribution in this case is the prelanding and the enquiry intake structure. The main website provides company context; the documented result stays focused on the experience built for campaigns and IT repair requests, without attributing the wider website to this work.
