For 5 October–3 November 2026, Meta Ads campaigns for IsoTherm Lux recorded 54 reported calls. Diamond Clean recorded 56 conversations started and 31 calls. Those are the figures I want to start with: the interactions reported over the 30 days and the amount spent on each project.

I have included the original Meta Ads Manager screenshots below, alongside the explanation. At ADS Moldova we work with different services, so the way someone asks for a quote matters. A person considering insulation may start with a phone call. Someone arranging cleaning may prefer to describe the space in a message before speaking to the team.

IsoTherm Lux: 54 calls in 30 days

IsoTherm Lux: Meta Ads, 5 October–3 November 2026. Call rows: 46, 7 and 1; total visible spending 319.62 EUR.

The IsoTherm Lux screenshot has three call rows: 46, 7 and 1. Together they account for 54 reported calls. The row with the most calls spent 201.83 EUR, with a displayed cost of 4.39 EUR per call and 58,630 impressions. That is the first concrete result I notice when reading this report.

The other two rows show seven calls at 12.72 EUR per result and one call at 22.16 EUR. The difference deserves attention. Results within the same account can have quite different costs, which is why I want to see each row rather than only the headline total. The detail provides context for the next discussion about the campaigns.

  • Reported calls: 54.
  • Spending on call rows: 313.05 EUR.
  • Calculated average cost per call: approximately 5.80 EUR.
  • Total visible spending: 319.62 EUR.
  • Impressions across all visible rows: 90,194.

The 6.57 EUR difference between call spending and the total belongs to the website-lead row, which displays a dash for results. It remains part of total spending and impressions without being counted as a call. The average of 5.80 EUR is calculated by dividing 313.05 EUR by 54, rather than taking a simple average of the three displayed costs.

What these calls mean for an insulation service

In IsoTherm Lux’s field, the first conversation has a practical role. Someone may ask about the area, building type, material, location or timing of a job. Advertising needs to make the service understandable and provide a clear way to contact the business. The following discussion can then address the particular building and its requirements.

We worked on custom targeting and video creative for this project. The IsoTherm Lux case study also presents the website, indicative calculator and organisation of enquiries. An advertisement and its destination page need to continue the same conversation, with explanations and examples relevant to the service that first interested the visitor.

Diamond Clean: 56 conversations and 31 calls

Diamond Clean: Meta Ads, 5 October–3 November 2026. 56 conversations, 31 calls and 466.99 USD total visible spending.

Diamond Clean has results across messaging and calls. The messaging row shows 56 conversations started, spending of 188.16 USD, and a cost of 3.36 USD per conversation. Messaging gives someone a way to describe the space, type of cleaning and preferred timing before working through the remaining details with the team.

The call rows show 17, 8, 5 and 1 results, plus one row with spending and no reported calls. That is 31 calls, with 270.94 USD spent across the call rows. The calculated average is approximately 8.74 USD per call, including the 22.44 USD spent on the row without a reported result.

  • Conversations started: 56, at 3.36 USD per conversation.
  • Reported calls: 31.
  • Spending on conversations: 188.16 USD.
  • Spending on call rows: 270.94 USD.
  • Total visible spending: 466.99 USD.
  • Impressions across all visible rows: 108,616.

The total also includes 7.89 USD from the website-lead row, where the result is displayed as a dash. That spending stays in the report too. Removing rows without reported results from the total would make the campaigns look cheaper than the screenshot shows. We preserve the visible costs so the explanation remains connected to its source.

Why we keep conversations and calls separate

To me, 56 conversations and 31 calls describe two ways people interacted with the advertising. I do not present them as 87 different customers. A person can have more than one interaction, while an enquiry becomes an order only after the business clarifies the request, availability and offer. Those steps continue beyond the advertising table.

The Diamond Clean project includes service categories and a calculator that helps someone describe what they need. After the first message, the team can ask for missing details and prepare a quote. This is where promotion meets enquiry handling. The advertising report shows the beginning of that journey; the business needs to follow what happens next.

Two businesses, two currencies and different contexts

IsoTherm Lux reports spending in EUR, while Diamond Clean reports in USD. We retain each account’s currency. We do not add the amounts into a combined budget or decide that one project is more effective simply because one number looks smaller. The services, requirements and ways of making first contact are different.

Impressions have a specific role as well: they count ad displays across the visible rows. They do not automatically represent different people or website visits. This article uses the screenshot totals without attaching sales or revenue figures that the images do not contain. Each measure answers its own question within the report.

What we look at after these 30 days

A monthly report should help us choose the next useful question. For IsoTherm Lux, the difference between 4.39 EUR and 22.16 EUR per call needs to be examined in the context of the campaigns. For Diamond Clean, we want to understand the requests coming through messages, the questions asked by phone and which discussions progress towards a suitable quote.

I would place the Meta report alongside the enquiry records: what service was requested, whether the team could respond and how the conversation continued. That gives the cost per result practical meaning. It provides a basis for discussing what to keep, what to improve and what to check before changing a budget.

How we work at ADS Moldova

We begin with the client’s service, message and contact process. We prepare campaigns and materials suited to the project, follow the results and discuss them with the client. These figures are a concrete 30-day example, with the original screenshots and all visible spending preserved. Further decisions also depend on what the incoming enquiries actually require.

If you would like to discuss promotion for your business, explore Facebook and Instagram Ads or tell us about your project. We start with what you sell, whom you serve and how you can handle enquiries. Then we build a plan that can be followed in reports and in the business’s everyday work.
