A cleaning company website needs to answer a few questions quickly: which services are available, what suits my property, what might it cost, and how do I request a quote? For Diamond Clean, our project at diamondclean.md, we built the experience around these questions. Design, the calculator and content work together to turn initial interest into a clear enquiry.

Published on 23 September 2026, this article explains what we implemented and presents the first reported Google Search Console results for a 24-hour window, with the original screenshot supplied for the project. Diamond Clean is live and development continues. These figures show an early search presence that can now be followed over time.

From the business need to the website structure

The starting point was a cleaning business serving Chișinău and Moldova. Visitors can arrive with very different needs: routine care for a home, a property after renovation, an office or furniture that needs cleaning. When all these situations are combined into one general description, people have to work out where to begin for themselves.

We organised the site so that services, estimation and contact form a clear sequence. The homepage introduces the offer and provides visible access to the calculator. Categories explain the types of work, while contact options remain available. This structure puts usefulness ahead of page count: each part should answer an actual customer question and help them take the next step.

Categories that help customers choose

Services are grouped around concrete situations, including general cleaning, maintenance, post-renovation cleaning, offices, windows and upholstered furniture. Clear names help people recognise the problem they want to solve without knowing specialist terminology. A homeowner and a company representative can start from the same homepage and continue towards the information relevant to them.

The connection between a category and the calculator matters. People should not read an explanation and then restart the process in a form with no context. Service organisation prepares the selection of options and the subsequent conversation. For the company, the intended benefit is better-described enquiries; that benefit should be assessed through the actual requests received.

An intuitive calculator before the conversation

The calculator is one of the central implementations. Users can choose the property and service, enter the area, and adjust the level of dirt and the amount of furniture. Additional options help describe work involving windows, sofas, mattresses or carpets. A general question about price becomes a more useful summary of the customer’s needs.

The result is an indicative price range. A property’s actual condition can affect the work, so the final price and appointment are agreed with the team. This explanation is part of the calculator experience and helps establish appropriate expectations before an enquiry is sent.

For a local service business, the value of this tool is clarity. Customers can prepare details before starting a conversation, while the company receives a better starting point for its quote. The calculator supports communication and does not replace an assessment of the job.

WhatsApp connects the estimate to the team

After selecting the options, a user can continue to WhatsApp with a prepared message. The journey preserves information collected in the calculator, reducing the need to type every detail again. The person decides whether to send the message, and the team can continue discussing conditions and availability.

This step is designed around direct customer communication. A cleaning enquiry may require additional questions, property photographs or clarification of individual tasks. The website prepares the conversation; agreement on the quote and appointment stays with the team. The contact button therefore has a specific purpose within the process, connecting exploration of the offer with an enquiry the company can understand.

Premium design, thematic photographs and dedicated icons

The visual identity uses Diamond Clean’s green palette, light backgrounds and photographs appropriate to the service. The opening composition connects the main message with the imagery and the price calculation action. Dedicated icons help distinguish information while keeping the sections visually consistent.

We aimed for a premium presentation that remains practical. Spacing, heading sizes and button contrast should make the page easier to read. Photographs provide context, while the text explains what a visitor can do next. The offer should remain understandable during a brief first visit.

For a service business, a website often forms the first impression of its attention to detail. That impression becomes useful when clear categories, explanations and accessible contact options support it. The visual layer works together with the structure.

A mobile experience in three languages

The project includes Romanian, Russian and English. These editions allow the business to present its services to different audiences and make information available in a familiar language. The intention remains consistent across versions: understand the offer, select the relevant options and continue through the calculator and contact step.

On a phone, the order of information matters as much as its size. Visitors need to see which service they have selected, what option they are changing and where to continue. Fields and buttons need sufficient room, and explanations need to remain readable.

This approach supports someone looking for cleaning services while away from a computer. They can understand the offer and prepare an enquiry immediately. Maintaining that sequence matters as more content and features are added.

A blog for more detailed explanations

We included a blog for thematic content and longer answers. A service page should be easy to scan, but some questions deserve more space: how to prepare a property, which details affect an estimate, or how to choose between cleaning types. The blog provides a place for those explanations.

Its purpose is to make the website more useful and connect guides with relevant services. Readers can begin with a question, understand their situation more clearly and then reach the calculator. Content should develop around customer needs, using clear examples and natural links to the pages where people can continue. This is a longer-term direction that depends on relevant information and a clear connection to the company’s actual offer.

The website includes privacy, cookie, terms and legal information pages, together with a preferences banner. They explain data use and accompany the features through which people can request a quote. The information relates to practical actions: which details are prepared, where they go and how the conversation continues.

With WhatsApp, visitors should understand that they are opening an external service and choosing to send a message themselves. Cookie preferences provide a distinct place for choices about necessary functions and optional analytics. These elements are part of the implementation and need to remain consistent with the website’s actual features as the project develops. Clear explanations support informed use of forms and contact channels.

Technical SEO and measurement preparation

The project includes service-page structure, metadata, a sitemap and the organisation of language editions. Connecting Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Yandex Webmaster forms part of preparation for monitoring search visibility. The concrete performance evidence presented in this article comes from the Google Search Console screenshot.

For measurement and advertising preparation, the project includes Google Analytics, Google tag and Meta tag. This technical foundation can support analysis of the journey towards the calculator and contact step, alongside the applicable preference settings. Tools provide a basis for observation; their configuration and the results measured through them are separate parts of the work.

Preparation for Google Ads and Meta Ads is an implementation stage. The 3 clicks shown below are reported in Google Search Console with the Web search type, rather than as advertising campaign results.

The first reported results in a 24-hour window

Google Search Console for diamondclean.md: 24 hours, 3 clicks, 73 impressions, 4.1% CTR, average position 1.8

Original screenshot supplied for the project and published on 23 September 2026. Property: diamondclean.md; 24-hour filter; Web search. The chart displays 22 September 2026. Figures describe the selected window.

Open the screenshot at its original size

The supplied screenshot shows the diamondclean.md property, the Performance report, the 24 hours filter and Web search type. The date 22 September 2026 is visible on the time axis. We are publishing the original image together with the figures that can be read from it:

  • 3 clicks from Google results.
  • 73 impressions in search.
  • Average CTR: 4.1%.
  • Average position: 1.8.

These are the first monitoring results supplied for this project presentation. A short window captures early search appearances and provides a reference for later comparisons. The 3 clicks represent visits from Google; the screenshot does not measure orders or revenue.

According to Google’s Performance report documentation, CTR is clicks divided by impressions. Here, 3 divided by 73 is approximately 4.1%, matching the rounded value in the image.

Reading average position and the visible queries

The 1.8 average position is a favourable early signal for impressions in the selected window. It does not mean the website permanently ranks first or second for every cleaning service query. Google explains that the metric averages the position of the property’s highest result across the relevant impressions.

The visible table contains the branded query “diamond clean” and the Russian phrase “уборка запущенной квартиры”, referring to cleaning a neglected apartment. These rows provide an initial thematic context, but the screenshot does not show each row’s figures. The totals above therefore remain report totals and cannot be assigned to individual queries from this image.

The 24-hour view can include preliminary data. The next step is to compare longer periods and review branded searches separately from service-related searches.

What to monitor next

It will be useful to follow which pages appear for service searches, how impressions develop, and how many visits reach the calculator. Information about the source of a visit should be considered alongside website use and the enquiries received by the team. This can reveal where clearer explanations or changes to the journey would help.

Actual customer questions can suggest blog topics and additions to service pages. Calculator feedback can show whether its options are clear enough. For contact, the useful question is whether the transferred summary helps the team prepare a quote and what information still needs clarification.

Diamond Clean remains a live project in development. Premium design, three languages and connected tools form its foundation. Future improvements should respond to how people use that foundation, helping both the customer and the company’s everyday work.

This project shows how a local business can connect its presentation, estimate and contact process in a coherent experience. The Search Console screenshot adds the first visibility data: a real starting point for measuring progress alongside the development work that continues.
