BB Fliesen: a website, offer page and renovation enquiries
From rebuilding the website to a dedicated campaign page. A practical guide to local messaging, project qualification and following enquiries through a CRM.

Contents
BB Fliesen needed its website rebuilt after losing the original server and code while retaining its domain and visual materials. The documented project includes reconstructing identity from screenshots, German and English pages, forms, tracking and CRM. The Angebot page provides a separate destination for renovation campaigns.
Recover content and permission to use it
When rebuilding from screenshots, inventory pages, copy, images and known addresses. A screenshot shows appearance but does not establish form logic or permission to use a photograph. Review materials with the owner and mark information that needs to be confirmed again.
Preserve useful addresses or prepare redirects to equivalent pages. Do not automatically send every former address to the homepage. Someone looking for bathroom renovation should reach the same category of information, even when the new visual structure differs substantially.
Give the main site and offer page different jobs
The BB Fliesen website presents renovation services for Berlin and Brandenburg in German and English. The main site supports exploration of services and projects. A campaign page can shorten the journey for someone responding to a specific offer.
Project documentation includes the Angebot page for quotation requests. Separation is useful when it makes the message and action more focused. Do not remove essential information merely to shorten the page: customers still need the service, location and next steps after contact.
Write for the project you want to receive
“Renovation” can mean replacing a few tiles, rebuilding a bathroom or completing a larger intervention. Define the promoted work and relevant conditions. A precise message reduces conversations about unavailable services and helps people decide whether discussing the project is worthwhile.
In a hypothetical bathroom campaign, the page explains assessment, planning and execution. Avoid promising identical completion times for every bathroom. Access, existing conditions and materials can alter the project. The page should prepare for assessment rather than replace it with a universal promise.
For German and English, review commercial meaning alongside terminology. A phrase that feels elegant in one language may become vague in another. Keep conditions consistent across the advertisement, page, form and the colleague's response when they take over the enquiry.
Present work as evidence rather than decoration
Select genuine, approved photographs that explain the type of work. Add sufficient context about materials, stages and the intervention. A gallery of impressive interiors unrelated to the service can create incorrect expectations, even when it looks excellent on a phone.
Organise recovered materials around the services presented: bathroom renovation, complete interventions, tiling and stone. Preserve descriptions and origins for each image. These records help select a relevant gallery for the main website and a suitable example for the offer page, maintaining the company's recognisable identity across both destinations.
Qualify enough without creating an application dossier
For an initial conversation, location, work type, desired timing and contact method can help. An indicative budget range may be useful if people can also choose “not sure yet”. Explain why you ask and which details can be clarified later with the specialist.
Do not demand a complete technical project before first contact. The form should distinguish relevant work while the conversation resolves remaining details. On phones, test selectors, keyboards and recovery from errors. Save the enquiry before confirming receipt, without automatically promising an appointment or agreement.
- New: the information reached the system.
- Contacted: the team actually spoke with the person.
- Suitable: location and work match the offer.
- Quoted: a concrete proposal has been sent.
- Accepted or lost: the outcome has an explanation.
Connect channels without doubling enquiries
The same person can submit a form and then call. The CRM should connect those interactions to one project while preserving their history. Do not turn every phone click into another lead or treat call duration alone as sufficient evidence of commercial interest.
If the website and offer page use different hosts, check measurement settings and source continuity. Parameters do not necessarily survive every redirect. Contact details belong in the operational system; do not put them in public URLs or analytics events simply to make matching easier.
Define the result before invoicing
For CPL, define the billable enquiry in advance: work, location, contact and duplicate handling. For CPA, name the precise agreed action. A received request, an assessment visit and a signed contract are different results with different costs and responsibilities.
In a training example, twenty forms might become fourteen distinct projects after verification. Those numbers are hypothetical. Explain duplicates, unsuitable requests and unanswered contacts separately. Advertising and team response speed influence different stages, so a fair report does not assign every loss to one channel.
Launch the test after checking the complete journey
Nonessential tracking requires appropriate consent. Test acceptance and refusal alongside the form. GA4's recommended events help with naming but do not verify on the application's behalf that an actual enquiry was received.
Before increasing spending, confirm that a colleague can see the source, service and next task. Preserve asset copies and document access to the domain, code and accounts. Reconstruction becomes a durable investment when the business can maintain the system and continue operating without repeating the original loss.
